It's hysterical that any time someone says something about a Ford being a bad decision you show up.
Making a "Race Edition" Shelby is a good idea. Making a "427" Shelby without a 427 is a bad idea. It makes them look bad because it says "427" instead of "Race." Does that make more sense? In other words, the 427 is traditionally associated with displacement, power, and V8s. In this context, enthusiasts will see 427 and get excited, and then they'll see that it doesn't really have a 427 under the hood. That will be bad.
