I concur. It's just disappointing to see Shelby intentionally mislead car enthusiasts like this. It could just as easily be a 428, but they want to call it a 427 because performance enthusiasts associate that with the LS7 or simply lots of horsepower. This is why it is abundantly clear to me that Ford has lost its way with car enthusiasts.
