If you knew anything about dodge you would know there is a hold on all 2009 srt8s...I am about to cancel my order and grab one off the lots...because dodge did it wrong giving dealers the cars first. BTW as much as I hate the LX platform...it owns the gt by any means....thesrt8 beats the gt but then you will use your repetitive excuse of "oh no the rt is the gts competition"...well guess what the RT runs>?? 13.1 in the quarter mile....and there are timeslips to back it up. Oh and top end...well ...let's not even go there.
The fact is the mustang is old , needs an update(not the crappy one they are giving it in 7 days) needs IRS and 400+hp to keep up....and the looks need a major change too IMO. So take yourself and Ford , sit down and find a way to compete with dodge and chevy in the NA performance market..
