first of all, this child should not even talk to another like that. The language? He needs his mouth washed out with soap. I wonder if his parents know that he speaks like this.
Second, you have to cut this kid off your daughter's friend list. I would never accept a child to speak to my child like that.
Third, his parents should know about this e-mail before he becomes a juvenile delinquent with bad grammar.
