problem is many of those ar mixes between the iranian/lebanese/moroccan versions

It's English spelling of Armenian food.
Lets see...
Tutoo = A sauerkraut soup.
Sarma = Grape Leaves stuffed with lamb and either rice or cracked wheat.
Pilaf = It's basically rice...but really good rice!!!
Toorshi = Pickled vegetables.
Paklava = The Armenian pronunciation.
Chorag = Sour dough bread sticks.
Peda = Bread...but good bread!
Lahvosh = Cracker Bread.
The person below me really would like to share a meal with me someday?!
