blowers themselves aren't that expensive. At least not as expensive compared to the roots type S/C which will cost a few grand at least. But it's not as simple as just going and buying a "blower" and a S/C... You need all supporting mods, you need to tune, then if you get a Camaro right away I highly doubt any aftermarket companies are going to be offering hoods for the camaro with a cut-out like that. Which you'll probably have to do yourself and that's going to be a whole issue in itself....
It's doable, but going to cost a lot of coin, time, and it'll be a learning process.
