Depends on how the first amendment is applied here I would think. Also, it would depend on the content. It's not a slam dunk because the legal process is far different than emotional responses. Just because you think it should/shouldn't be regulated, doesn't mean the legality issues will make a decision you like.

Regardless, I'm thinking a video game would not be unlike a newspaper website, which is a protected form of media. But as was mentioned, as long as there are tools for parents to evaluate the game as what's proper for their family, that should be good enough.

Like just about everything else, let the people decide. Don't need any nanny state telling us what we should read/watch/play.
