As long as Games follow a rating system for parents to be able to assess the content then so be it. And if it is illegal to purchase a game based on your age without a parent... That's all I can ask for as a parent. Even if a friend of a friend buys a game for my kids, I should still be checking to see what my kids are doing and make a decision.
I dont' need law or Gov. to help me raise my kids. I need tools to determine what is good and bad for my kids.
When they turn 18 or 21. Then it's on them.
