no, just the opposite. a 2007 monte carlo starts at $21 700 with SS at $28 425, those prices are for in the states. In Canada we are paying the equivelent in US dollars of around 24 000 for base and 33 500 for the SS. I picked the monte because it is made at the oshawa plant where the camaro will be made
