Maybe you should watch your mouth so you dont stick your foot in it.
A drop in K&N cold air intake, tune, exhaust and tires etc are all be fairly inexpensive and easy to do mods = lightly tuned.
Its the FI that (turbos/superchargers), cams, shafts, rods, rear ends, and or nitrous that equals "heavily tuned"
