Oh, another question:
You take the safety course before you go to get your motorcycle license. So, if you don't own a bike, then they supply a bike for you at the safety course (for a fee) right? Then what do you take the test on if you don't own a bike? Would you have to rent another bike to do the driver's test? Then go buy a bike and register/insure it?
I'm just a little unsure on the order of things....
