I think the all new head design is talking about Ford's new 4v heads for the 5.0. I don't think it means Saleen is making heads for the DOHC 5.0.
I could be wrong though. But it seems like when they say all new head design, they are talking about Ford's new 5.0 heads.
And optimized accessory drive system is basically an underdrive pulley kit.
