Hi everyone,

So my project of building a 69 Roadrunner has come to an end. There is just no way I can finish this car. So I am trying to sell it and I am pretty sure I have a buyer but heres my issue: I bought the car from a dealer in Alabama with no title just a signed bill of sale, I am in NY. I contacted Alabama DMV but could find nothing about getting any sort of title from them. As well I contacted NYS DMV and any car older than 1973 is not titled here as well, you can register it with a signed bill of sale. Obviously being that the car never ran there was no reason to register it. So now I am trying to sell it I have an interested person in Michigan, does anyone know what he needs from me to take possession of the car and eventually register it in Michigan? I assumed a notarized bill of sale from me (along with the original transferring it to me) would be enough. Thanks!
