Fully modded out the R/T has more "potential" for being a race winner than the R/T, but stock for stock and mildly modified (long tubes, full exhaust, intake, etc) the R/T has more practical power. A lightly modified R/T will run in the high to mid 12's, a lightly modified SRT will run only in the high 12's.
SRT's come far better equipped from the factory, so they have less room to grow. The R/T's exhaust manifold, throttle body, tune and exhaust is so bad that they turn into different animals when modded.
