I just got done giving Georgie a hard time. But the fact remains Stock GT 500 wins and so does the Lightning and now the Raptor.
I know now is not the time for GM to take any risks. But I'd love to see them compete here.....
......dammit.

Who knows though? Maybe there is something in the works that just needs some more time - especially how things are right now. That's what I'm hoping for. I really don't get what happened with the response, if there was even one really, to the Lightning. I mean, I don't think there was anyone fooled with the Silverado SS. I loved it, and the idea, but it was more simply a K1500 with an Escalade 6.0 and AWD. It still wasn't that much of a competitor to the Lightning, although it was a better truck, LOL. I guess there is definately an argument there because at least you weren't limited to a regular cab like the Lightning. I think I just prefer some direct competition, and not so much of this cross-over-like competition. This is a perfect example. You take the lightest truck you have, stuff the best powerplant in it, strengthen it, and run it; no take a four-wheel-drive truck, throw in Escalade powertrain bits, and run it. But I digress... A little off topic there... Sorry.
