Its 400 to 500 (wheel) or 480 to 638 (from manufacturers) or 520 to 650 (from estimations of actual output). But the GTR makes up for some of its lack of power with all wheel drive, an quick shifting transmission, and short gearing. No matter how you cut it though, the ZR1 is the better performing car in practically every way. It also costs 30k more.
