My father had two 1991 Toyota pickups both with over 300k miles on the same engine. He only changed the oil and had minor tuneups done. Nothing broke.
Also, he's had 3 mercedes (300 TD, 2x 300D) all built in 1979.
The camaro makes the third brand that has accomplished this that I know of.
