The NOS guys will hit the same limit as the FI guys. The Hypereutectic pistons will get explode happy at the first sign of detonation at those power levels.

I said this in the other thread but Whipple has already said they have a supercharger kit for the new 5.0 that makes 600hp @ 7psi on pump gas.
