OMGWTFBBQ is pretty much a sarcastic response to three-letter acronyms.
OMG = Oh my God.

And BBQ is just tacked on for the hell of it. Another three-letter acronym.
It all started when people started combining them like ROFLMAO and OMGWTF. Someone got fed up with it and tacked on the BBQ to show how stupid it was...unfortunately it ended up catching on.
So now we have stuff like...
