i havent weighed either one although i have played with the cast iron 05+ stuff a lot. i cut the 'collector' off of a 05 mustang gt driver's side manifold and the collector off of a 05 5.4 3v manifold and cast iron welded them back together for a manifold that allowed me to fit the 5.4 3v into my 96. 05 mustang gt manifold to 05 f-150 5.4 3v collector.
