i dont know if thats really the case, i know thats what a lot of people WANT to believe, especially on a GM board but the saleen makes 440hp (almost 30hp gain) with a catback,pullies and tune. I think with an aggressive tune (something thats not 50state compliant) will net a bit more power still.But the saleen is already said to trap 116MPH!! Is there more to be had with an LS3? quite possibly but the 5.0 is by no means maxed out from the factory as the rumor on message boards have people to believe.
