I am honestly not sure. i do know there wa some reason the 6.1 wasn't even capable of receiving MDS. Even with Honda's V6, there is a difference in power between the MDS auto Accord coupes and the non mds manuals. i do agree though, as the tech approves the HP gaps will dissapear.
