Brodeur is one of the best players ever to suit up for the NHL. I always cheer him on.
I remember watching him in Dallas at an open practice at the Valley Ranch Starcenter (now closed) -- I was watching and grinning as the guys on the team were loose and just havin fun. He noticed I was enjoying the show. He looked at me and smiled, almost like - put on your skates dude! come join the fun!
Sure wish I could have. Fun times.
