I cannot tell you how the torque steer is as I do not have a SS I have a LS, and the inside of the car is VERY roomy, remember this is basically a 2 door body on the Impala floor pan. I have ridden in the back of mine before I owned it and I am 6'2" and have had no problems getting in and out and was quite comfortable back there, I even had a flip down armrest in the middle of the back seat
