I have a dealer here in town... went and looked at them before buying a honda.
They have to do all your work, or you loose your warranty... and their rates are ridiculous.
Plus a buddy of mine has w/e the middle range model is, and hes got a couple of horror stories.
Anyways, I'm glad you had a better experience
