but even this is not exactly what you are asking. If you change the tire diameter from what your car came with stock it is almost, if very slightly, like changing the gear ratio. A larger diameter tire and you will lose some acceleration and gain some top end. A smaller diameter you will gain some acceleration and some top end.

Interesting that the braking is better with the larger/wider wheels until you get to the 15 inch which is better then the 16 inch.
