That is a very complicated question to answer. And not easily.
Generally speaking the tire size can
change your gear ratio. The best I can do is show you a test from Car and Driver where they tested different size tires on the same car.
but even this is not exactly what you are asking. If you change the tire diameter from what your car came with stock it is almost, if very slightly, like changing the gear ratio. A larger diameter tire and you will lose some acceleration and gain some top end. A smaller diameter you will gain some acceleration and some top end.
But this is very very general explanation. A lot of variables come into play.
