That is a very general estimate.
But yes I agree the first 60ft are usually the most important in the race.
I don't call a 1 tenth and .2 mph difference on different days and possibly different tracks to be suspicious. I mean if they did sand bag the Camaro they are far better drivers than I give them credit for.
