Heeeey there we go!!! I completely agree with this. Either way though, law or no law, I will be making sure my kids (whenever i get around to having them) have PLENTY of driving experience before they're even old enough to get their permit! Four-wheelers, lawn-mowers, backing the car out of the garage, go-karts, these things can all help to teach kids the basics of driving. Then you just start showing them the rules of driving on an actual road when they start getting older. Worked on me!
