a solution would be a smoking lisence, much like a liquor lisence. the establishment can then be advertised as a smoking establishment, the state will make money and there will be a natural grouping of people. on a side note, i will bet $50 that the smoking establishment will be the more popular late night venue.
again, i would prefer this poll be for casino patrons and kindly ask if you do vote, that you give a short blurb as to why it should not be allowed in casinos, at all (meaning at no slots, no tables, no sports betting). i say this because its my position that most regular gamblers are smokers or don't mind smoking when they do goto the casino. i know of a few that would prefer the floors be smoke free but from my experience, the non smoking and smoking sections at casinos that accomodate both paint a fairly clear picture.
