I have found credible evidence where Nissan does indeed state how the Warranty would be voided. However they are very clear in saying that turning VDC off does NOT void warrantly and using Launch Control does NOT void warranty, however they do seem to indicate that if something breaks while using Launch Control, it would not be covered. Personally I believe they will be sued over this, as it is against the law for a MFG to offer a capability that could ultimately void the warranty. And the conditions for which a failure would not be covered are still vague. Now have said that, just because someone on the forum says there tranny failed, doesn't make it so. It would be very simple for anyone to post this without showing proof. What I am saying is that we have a bunch of very immature people who want to do nothing more than jump on the band wagon of GT-R haters.

So to all the haters, I still say show me proof, show me a car except for Z06 offering similar performance for the price, or just please be quiet. And above all, remember that just because something is on the internet doesn't make it true. Ask for proof or drink the kool-aid....you get to choose.
