Yes. It is functional. I have two "scoops." One on the hood and one below at the air dam (cold air induction).
And I was going to post pix, but just found that I don't have a single one from under the engine bay!!! I'll have to take some pix tomorrow...I just went looking for the camara to do it now and I can't find it. I'll get it tomorrow.
