I really don't know, it is a possibility. I mean the NYPD is actually full of nice people that I know, and they are pretty cool. I have actually seen them follow the law 90% of the time, the other 10% is when they need to answer emergencies so they speed and do other stuff and I mean I definitely do get that. I mean they do have a huge city to protect.
But when it comes to state troopers I just see them do whatever they feel like.
It could just be me though, and how my mind notices things. I'm not exactly the biggest cop fan on here.
