2000v6, I think this may be a bit more of aaa.... perception issue? Maybe the reason you 'always' see police officers breaking the law is because those are the ones your mind focuses on. The ones that don't break the law and follow the rules and set a good example, you never notice
I could be completely wrong with that and maybe there is a genuine problem with this where you live.
But as it was once explained to me: you can do a thousand things right, but as soon as you mess up once, THAT is what gets remembered.
