The second law is total bs. 16? Legal consent?

At 16 everyone still lives with their parent/parents. It's kind of like here in the states, as long as a person who is somewhere around 16 (depends what state, county, city/town, etc.) consents, then it does count as perfectly normal and legal permission to sexual consent. But when the parents find out, of course their perfect little "angel" denies the fact that she consented. Also, haven't there been enough cases in which first the girl agrees to consent with the guy, but when the parents find out, the guy is accused of rape, and 9 times out of 10 spends some jail time.
