Its called NavyField and yeah, its for PC. Its mostly massed battles with all sorts of ships, from different nations, split into 2 teams. You start with a POS frigate and it takes a loooong time to get to carriers and battleships. Probably hundreds of hours to get the smallest ones and thousands of hours to get the good ones.
