I have owned several Mustangs...loved them all. This is my 1st Camaro...unless you count my Dad's 69. I really like all of the American Muscle Cars...boils down to which I like the BEST when I am ready to buy. Ford hit a HOME RUN with the 2003/2004 SVT Cobras...serious bang for the buck,hand assembled engines set up for FI ect ect..all that and it was/is very easy and cheap to extract relatively huge power gains from that car...~$1500 would get you a 50+ RWHP gain...
GM hit the HOME RUN this time IMO...I would own a 1st Gen and a 5th Gen Camaro...everything inbetween...not so much for ME. The level of quality feeling is what suprised me the most about the 5th Gen..made my 2003/2004 Cobras feel kind of cheap really...and definitely a step above the 4th Gen Camaros IMO..
Hopefully that feeling stays around after some miles...
