16 is too young to be in a serious relationship. Give her a couple years say 18 or 19 and yeah, might be ready to decide what she wants. Depends on her maturity really...
I met my wife when she was 18, married at 19....I am 5 years older than her and it's been 20 awesome years together now. This age gap is a little larger but still...she's 16!
16 is just too young...I don't really think much about his age, but 16 is too young. The age gap is something to consider but not the end of the relationship...her being 16 though...that's the end of the relationship at least for a couple years!
