I recently received a nickel sized chip in the hood of my G8 GT. I'm picking up touch up paint today and plan on taking care of it tomorrow. Thing is...I've never used touch up paint before.

My plan is to wash it, touch it up, then move on to polishing, etc.

If it matters, my G8 is "White Hot".

Any advice?
