False, (I had to get the Beater smoged. I went to Smog Express at 4623 E. Belmont. Bee is the name of the man who owns the shop. It's a Test Only Center, but his prices are great. He's cheaper than regular smog places. He's also VERY HONEST!!! Anyway, from there, I went to look into getting a muffler delete. I'm going back tomorrow!
