[full of days]

It's gone from bad to worse at work. I work as an IT consultant for a certain bank in a certain queen city and the work environment is beyond belief. My manager has had several outbursts including one where he broke a phone in a conference room over nothing. I can empathize with the guy as he's gotten 2 pay cuts and a demotion, but his unprofessionalism is wreaking havoc on the entire moral of the team and its not where I need to be.

I have spoken to my vendor contact and she is looking into the matter. I will be putting my notice in for the end of the month.

I have come close to walking out the door several times and this morning I just found out that 2 of my team mates are leaving. I'm in a tough spot and will not be in this role come March 31st. Anyone in need of an IT professional in the Southeast who specializes in areas of: Database Administration/Migration, Quality Assurance, Change Management, SDLC methodologies, MOSS?
