I think you'll be pleasantly surprised...though it is plastic, and it is on the doors...All the other soft stuff inside, and the general ambiance and "feel" that you get when you close the door more than make up for the plastic inserts. I'm glad you're going to give it a chance!

If they manage to pull 200 lbs out of that thing, AND give it a high-feature engine, it's going to cost well above the SS....which, imo, ruins any appeal it may have had over the Camaro...
