HOLY TORQUE MONSTER!!!!!

I own a performance shop here in OKC and I mostly deal with LSx vehicles......However, I recently finished my first Viper and was impressed with how it responded to the nitrous.......Here's some pics of the install. I have over 66 hours just in the nitrous installation. I tuned the car (using Roe's Vec 2). Let me know what you guys think.
The kit consists of:
*Custom Nitrous Outlet dual plate system.
*15 lb bottle.
*Competition NANO System (supports up to 550hp).
*Custom Bottle Mount.
*Remote Bottle Opener.
*Custom switch panel.
*Nitrous Outlet Dedicated Fuel System.
*Dual Purge.
*Nitrous Outlet Progressive Controller.

This beautiful car was brought to me by a customer. He formally owned a 9second 4000lb 2000 WS6 TransAm that he could drive every day.

The first thing I did was make the lines for the plates. Because the Viper uses dual throttle bodies, the lines must be exactly even and centered to insure the nitrous and fuel hit the cylinders at the exact same time.

I made a template for the bottle mount out of cardboard and traced it on to a sheet of plywood.......all the edges were cut at a 45* to insure a flush fit. The bottle mount removes from the car in about 2 minutes to give the customer complete access to his trunk......

Here are the bottles mounted on the plywood......I have to get everything mocked up before I carpet the board.

Then I drilled access holes to run the switch panel wiring....

Spent most of Wednesday making a wiring diagram for the system incase there is ever a problem down the road, we know what color wire goes where, then had to stop and tune a car I had scheduled..........Today, I wired up the switch panel and the remote bottle opener. Everything has quick disconnect connectors and so the system is completely removable (should he ever decide to take it off the car).
Back of the switch plate:

Quick disconnects from the switch plate. The wires that run to the front of the car are on one connector, and the wires for the rear are on the other.

We mounted the dedicated system using rivits, they provide a much cleaner look than sheet metal screws.

We also drilled a hole in the firewall to run the nitrous feed line from the cabin to the solenoids.

I ran the -6 feed line. It's run on the passanger side through the firewall and graumeted so that the metal doesn't chafe the line

I carpeted the the board that holds the bottles.......

and wired in and mounted the progressive controller

Here are the solenoids mounted in the engine bay.

And we put the interior all back together

And the Results:
The Viper has been tuned and sprayed.......
I picked up 17hp and 10tq with just tuning on the motor....

And this thing went nuts on the 250s. I think this is the most anyone has seen on a 250 shot. It went rich at the end. I think his NANO was low. He is getting it filled and we will try again. If does it with a full NANO I will drop one size on the fuel pills.
