Yep it's pretty bad, they overbilled my account and it took me 2 phone calls and my wife another 2 calls to get it right. Talked to at least 4 people and every time they opened their mouth the amount they should have billed was different.
Finally told em if they can't figure it out to cancel and for some reason they figured it out
