And you can't possibly tell me it's all an emergency. They are cruising down the road, then put their lights quickly on then off, just so they don't have to wait at a red light. Yet, my brother gets a ticket for not coming to a "Full and complete stop for three seconds," before, "rolling through a stop sign."

I live literally in the backyard of a police station. Those guys almost run me off the road every month. Totally irresponsible. They should set the EXAMPLE, not be the EXCEPTION, to the rule, I mean law.
