Boston has worse people that the morons I have to deal with in the SF bay area. NY has it's share of friendly people and stereotypes. North East U.S. seems to have the MOST rude people. CA has some rude people that elevate rudeness to another level though, so it's kinda personal opinion on who has the worst people. Rhode island I think takes the cake though. Providence rhode island.
