Here's my story, if anybody has any experience with this, please help!!!
I logged onto my email today and saw two receipts from iTunes. They had several purchases on them...but I never made these stupid purchases!!! I went to my online banking thinking it was a mistake, but low and behold there were a total of
8 freaking charges there!!!! I immediately called my cc company but they said that since the charges still show as "pending" they cannot start a dispute process. I called Apple and they said they would escalate the situation to see what was going on.
Does anybody have any advice for me?
Doesn't great and powerful Apple have the ability to check the MAC address of where these purchases were made from???
