I'm of 2 opinions on this issue.
1. It plainly states in the manual what is and isn't covered by the warranty. Than included with the fact that dealers HAVE to tell you about the VDM and make you sign off that you where told when you purchase the car. DUE to these items you as a consumer should stop and think... is this really right BEFORE THE PURCHASE. Its like building in Louisiana at less than sea level in hurricane alley... you have to understand that there is a RISK, its just common sense.

2. Advertisizing plainly states what the car can do, yet the warranty expects that you never will. IMO that puts this in the category of false advertising.

PS - FYI the GTR does 0-60 in 3.5 seconds with the launch control (VDM off).. without launch control it does 0-60 in 4.6 seconds. Our Camaro SS will match that... for well under half the price.
SO if your up against a GTR, he will have to void his warranty to beat you!
