Congrats, you got one of the 10% or so that were built and engineered properly.
My Dad had a 1991 Cutlass as well, same engine as your car..... at 75k miles he got rid of it because the rear main seal blew wide open and oil spewed out, left puddles in the driveway, and all over the exhaust manifold. It was fun when you put the A/C or heater on too. And yes, he did take care of it, having the oil changed every 3k miles and didn't drive it hard.
Bought a '96 Honda Accord and is on his 3rd Honda now.
