as I recall, much of that was a misunderstanding. And discussion pretty much ended with "GM does not talk about future product plans" or words to that effect
I am extremely happy the Camaro is coming back. I'm happy for everyone who is thrilled with the SS. I am even happy for those who think the V6 version is good enough for them, but I am very disappointed that this is the end of the avaliable models.
end of know models
U can't tell me the that everyone drinking the GM koolaid is happy, maybe they r.
Well I could tell you that everyone is happy, but it would be a lie.
Every other forum I am on has the their own respective groups of people, those who love the new vehicle, those who hate, and those who want to change certain aspects of it. Those respective groups r not present here. I only want to know y?
could be because the vast majority of people like it? more below.

The styling is fairly polarizing, either you like it or you don't. If you don't like it you aren't likely to look much further into the car and join up. Along the way, there have been lots of people that don't like specific details -including some of the mods here. Many of these items have been explained and some are fine with those explanations others aren't. Those that aren't fine with it and are unsatisfied with explanations tend to go away.
As for performance, thus far the Camaro SS will hold its own against the GT500 in everything but a drag race. It will beat all the Challengers in every regard, and clobber the Mustang GT. If this isn't enough, there is always GMPP. Is it the same as a factory Z28? No, but is the problem the lack of a super fast Camaro or the lack of something with a Z28 badge?
